1. How do I make a purchase?

  • Use the links provided and browse through for your liking. 
  • Once you have found an item that interests you, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
  • Review the items in your cart by clicking the 'MY CART' link at the top of the page.
  • Click on CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

 

2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at ShoesShoesShoes without creating an account.

However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits;

    • Request a return or exchange directly from your account
      • Save your information and card details in our system so you can shop even quicker next time

      3. Is my personal information kept private?

      Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party.

      4. I've forgotten my password - What should I do?

      To reset your password, follow the 'Forgot my password' instructions on the SIGN IN page.

      5.What payment methods does ShoesShoesShoes accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

      We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other online bank transfers via our PayPal payment gateway. There is also an PayPal Fraud prevention Mechanism that is built to help you and I minimize risk of online frauds.

      We also accept Bank Deposit payment. However, please keep in mind of the instructions stated to proceed with the method, to avoid shipment delay.


      6. How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

      ShoesShoesShoes provides shipping for all orders via Pos Laju Malaysia courier. Your parcel should arrive within the estimated working days after you've made full payment.
      International shipping rates vary depending on weight and location of receiver. Our default international shipping courier would be via Pos Laju Malaysia as it is the most cost efficient.

      7. How can I track my order?

      Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

      8. How do I return or exchange an item?

      Making a return or exchange is easy. Malaysian customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep your items or to have them returned for an exchange. International customers have 14 days from date of delivery to decide whether to return their items for an exchange. 

       

      9. Will I be refunded the full value of my order?


      Your refund will only be in the form of ShoesShoesShoes store credit. Shipping costs may not be refunded and any additional shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

       

      10. Does all the store discount apply for online as well?
